Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance payment has been successfully received by Oseas Holidays. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Pricing

All tour package prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, transportation charges, government taxes, currency fluctuations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The final price applicable at the time of booking will be communicated to you before confirmation.

Payments

Customers are required to make payments according to the payment schedule provided during the booking process.

Failure to complete payments within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

All payments must be made through the payment methods approved by Oseas Holidays.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, and other travel partners.

Processing charges, cancellation fees, and non-refundable bookings may apply.

Travel Documents

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are valid before travelling, including:

Government-issued Identification
Travel Insurance (if applicable)
Any other documents required by the destination country

Oseas Holidays is not responsible for losses resulting from invalid, expired, or missing travel documents.

Changes to Bookings

Any request to modify travel dates, destinations, hotels, or passenger details will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges imposed by travel suppliers.

Oseas Holidays will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, flight delays, or other travel-related incidents.

Limitation of Liability

Oseas Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transportation providers, and sightseeing agencies.

While we carefully select our travel partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information.
Following local laws and regulations at the destination.
Respecting hotel and transport policies.
Arriving on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities.
Carrying valid identification and travel documents throughout the journey.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in denied services without any refund.

Special Requests

Special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance, or other travel arrangements will be forwarded to the respective service providers.

While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
