Day by Day Itinerary
BANGALORE – MYSORE(1N) – WAYANAD(2N) – OOTY(3N) – COIMBATORE
Day 1
Bangalore
On arrival to Bangalore pick up from Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Hotel. After fresh-up start Bangalore sightseeing – visit Iskcon Temple, Bull Temple, Tipu Sultan Palace, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Vishveshwarya Technological Museum, Art Gallery, Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha (outside view), MG Road, and Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park.
Overnight stay in Bangalore.
Day 2
Bangalore – Mysore (150 kms – 3½ hrs appx)
After breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to Mysore. En-route hault at Srirangapatna, visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Tippu’s Summer Palace, Srirangapatna Fort and Gumbuz.
Proceed to Mysore, on arrival visit Chamundi Hills to pay your obeisance to Goddess Chamundeshwari. On the way back to the city you will see the Statue of Mahishasura and Nandi.
Later visit the Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest and most well-maintained zoos in India. And after visiting the Mysore Palace museum and St. Philomena’s Church.
Later drive to Brindavan Gardens, a show garden that has a botanical park with fountains as well as a musical fountain.
Drive back to Mysore.
Overnight stay in Mysore Hotel.
Day 3
Mysore – Coorg (125 kms – 3 hrs appx)
After breakfast check out and proceed to Coorg.
En route visit Bylakuppe – the largest Tibetan settlement in South India and is famous for Tibetian Golden Temple, Nisargadhama.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Evening visit Raja’s Seat.
Overnight stay at Coorg.
Day 4
Coorg
After breakfast proceeds to Talakaveri – the birthplace of river Cauvery, en-route visit Bhagamandala Bhagandeshwara Temple, and Triveni Sangama.
After returning to Madikeri visit Abbey Falls, Madikeri Fort, and Omkareshwar Temple.
Overnight stay at Coorg.
Day 5
Coorg – Wayanad (130 kms – 3½ hrs appx)
After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Wayanad.
En route visit Kuruvadweep Island and Banasuramala Meenmutty Waterfalls.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Evening proceed to visit Pookode Lake.
Overnight stay at Wayanad.
Day 6
Wayanad
After early breakfast proceed to visit Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary (Tolpetti wildlife sanctuary), Edakkal Caves, Sunrise Valley View Point and Kanthanpara Waterfalls, Wayanad Sultanbathery temple, Pazhassi raja tomb & museum, Phantom rock.
Return back to hotel.
Overnight stay at Wayanad.
Day 7
Wayanad – Ooty (120 kms – 3½ hrs appx)
After breakfast check out and proceed to Ooty.
En route pass by Bandipur National Forest, visit Pykara Dam & HouseBoat.
On arrival to Ooty check into the hotel.
After lunch go for Ooty sightseeing – Rose Garden, Ooty Lake, and Botanical Garden.
Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 8
Ooty – Coonoor – Ooty
After breakfast, proceed to Coonoor by Heritage Toy Train (optional).
Cab will reach by road and take you to Coonoor Sightseeing – Sim’s Park, Lamb’s Rock, and Dolphin Nose.
Back in Ooty visit Ketti Valley View, the Tea Factory, Tea Museum, and Doddabetta Peak.
Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 9
Ooty – Coimbatore Airport (100 kms – 3 hrs appx)
After the breakfast, pack your baggage with a promise of coming back again to this memorable holiday package.
Check-out from the hotel and proceed to Coimbatore Airport on time to board your flight/train with a lot of sweet memories of your holidays….
